MVMT
Addison Kole MVMT was inspired in 2016. Choreographer/Instructor Addison Kole wanted to spread the importance of confidence, beauty, performance and self-love through movement and dance.
Her mission is to teach others the importance of MVMT of any genre. Allow others to feel themselves, love themselves, and build connections with their bodies. Dance is more than knowing an 8-count, or the popular dances, it is also about the movement and feeling that comes with it, grasping it, and owning it.
